Whenever a Mac is not working correctly, please try the following steps before submitting a ticket to tech help:
- Close/quit the application that is not working well and then reopen it.
- Log out of the current user account and then log back in again.
- Restart the Mac.
- Shutdown the Mac and then turn it on again.
If all of the steps above have been attempted and the Mac is still not functioning correctly, please submit a tech help ticket.
