Whenever a Mac is not working correctly, please try the following steps before submitting a ticket to tech help:

  1. Close/quit the application that is not working well and then reopen it.
  2. Log out of the current user account and then log back in again.
  3. Restart the Mac.
  4. Shutdown the Mac and then turn it on again.

If all of the steps above have been attempted and the Mac is still not functioning correctly, please submit a tech help ticket.
