If the printed pages of the booklet are in letter size, they can be easily converted to a booklet.
The very first thing to do is load the copier with the color paper you need on tray 2, with the paper going "sideways," the longest side facing you, and then ensure that the paper adjusters are tightly hugging the paper so that the size is properly recognized.
Second step: logon to copier, go to Copier functions, then simply press the Booklet button > press the ON button > and ensure that the icon that is shown on the menu is the number 2 and the paper in the direction we have just setup.
Tap OK > choose your copy amount and tap START
